Sanitation/Food Safety:
  • HSI has one of the most comprehensive sanitation policies in the way we manufacture our fillers.
  • All components that contact product are removable for cleaning and sanitation.
  • All components relating to the vacuum system are also removable for cleaning and sanitation.

User Friendliness / Safety:
  • All power "on" buttons are lighted to enable the K.P. operator to see from a distance the status of stuffer.
  • The AC-30 can be integrated to work with hi-speed scales increasing or decreasing product delivery resulting in more accurate weights and less manual operator error.
  • We can adjust the speed of the stuffer remotely from the K.P. to adjust the speed of the stuffer, resulting in the K.P. operator not having to run back and forth between machines.
  • Overheat shut down for our vacuum pump (prevents catastrophic pump damage.)
  • Main motor overload adjustment (main motor can be configured to overload at any set parameter) resulting in less part damage in the event of an obstruction.
  • HSI also offers training at our facility on all aspects of our equipment at no extra cost to our customers.
Ease of Maintenance / Standardization
  • We designed the AC-30 with maintenance personal in mind resulting in very simple electronics and mechanics for ease of troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance.
